Referral guidelines
Support groups are drop-in and open to anyone and service users don’t need an appointment.
We work on a self-referral format – Anybody who feels that they need help to manage their relationship with food can refer themselves to us. The Client self referral form and the Carers self referral form is available on our website as well as the link below.
