BMJ Clinical pointers: remote consultations in primary care

Remote consulting has rapidly become the norm in primary care, but GPs may feel that evidence-based guidance and training on remote consultation skills is lagging some way behind. This course provides practical support for primary care clinicians on safe and effective use of remote consultations, relevant to the later stages of the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. It includes interactive content with tips on examination by video or phone, and an interview with Roger Neighbour on how to build the patient relationship and establish "digital warmth".
