The Medical examiner service hosted at Barnsley Hospital performing a full 100% service. They are expanding the team of Medical Examiners (MEs) to include scrutinies for the area in and surrounding Barnsley.
They are looking for a registered Doctor with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, to join the team at Barnsley. The role includes providing support and explanation for bereaved relatives, support for colleagues throughout the medical sphere, improving clinical care by integrating with Governance systems, and improving death certification and referrals to the Coronial system.
