Talking therapies such as counselling and CBT One-to-one befriending support Monthly support groups and discussion groups (dates on website) Library offering information and self-help books. Practical support including meal-planning and help towards other personal goals Workshops on topics such as Understanding Eating Disorders, self-esteem and body image. Referral guidelines Support groups are drop-in and open to anyone and service users don’t need an appointment. We work on a self-referral format – Anybody who feels that they need help to manage their relationship with food can refer themselves to us.
