The Well in Barnsley town centre provides therapeutic support for cancer patients living within the Barnsley area.
Our therapies include: Acupuncture, Colour Therapy, Holistic Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Paraffin Wax for hands and feet (Neuropathy), Nipple Pigmentation, Reiki and Reflexology. Beauty therapies include: Facials, Manicures and Pedicures. There is also a tailor made service to teach people how to tie scarves and fit hats, which is located on Ward 24 at the Hospital.
All of this plus techniques and advice to manage stress and anxiety, before, during and after a cancer diagnosis and treatment makes The Well an oasis of peace and calm.
