National Structured Education Diabetes

The attached includes updated referral guidance and FAQ regarding the ‘Healthy Living for people with type 2 diabetes’ for primary care teams.

NHSE and The Cambridge Education Programme (CDEP) are delivering lunch and learn webinars aimed at healthcare professionals within primary care. These webinars focus on barriers to attendance, improving uptake and discussing the education options currently available including nationally commissioned digital services.
