Fertility Services Referral Guidelines for Women

This referral form seems to contain ALL the clinical content and investigations required for fertility problems especially for the female partner prior to Fertility Service referral.

It is so comprehensive that it seems that another pathway for infertility in women would be an unnecessary duplicate.

This can be reviewed if in the future you feel that it would be beneficial to have a separate pathway for female fertility problems.
