- Sperm concentration ≥ 15 x 106 per ml
- Motility ≥ 40%
- Morphology: 4%
- Volume ≥ 1.5 ml
- White blood cells: < 106 per ml
- ✔ Ideally repeat after 3 months if abnormal or as soon possible if grossly abnormal
