Providing free and confidential support for anyone aged 18+ living in Barnsley who wants to make changes to their drug or alcohol use.

Our Service

We’re here to help and will work with you to manage, reduce or stop your drug or alcohol use. 

We’re here to help

We recognise that everyone’s goals around making changes to their drug and alcohol use are different. Whatever you want to achieve we can support you to get there, whether this is making small changes, stopping completely, or reducing risk. 

To help you make the changes you want to make, our free and confidential service provides: 

  • Support with physical, emotional or mental health needs 
  • Needle exchange and harm reduction
    • Our Needle Syringe Programme (NSP) opening times at 5-6 Burleigh Court are: 
      • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 9.15am-4.45pm 
      • Thursday, 9.15am-6.45pm 
  • Community and inpatient detox programmes 
  • Access to residential rehabilitation 
  • One-to-one support and a full group programme 
  • Support with referrals for housing and/or managing your money 
  • Community social activities 
  • Education, training and employment opportunities 
  • Counselling service
