The Recovery and Wellbeing College
We provide free educational courses to anyone aged 18 and over who would like to live a better life.
All our courses have been co-produced by people who have lived and learnt experience of life’s struggles, including physical and mental health problems.
Our relaxed rooms and peaceful gardens offer a safe space to learn about yourself and develop new skills.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. During summer some courses will run in the evenings
Who should be referred
There is no referral system to access the Recovery College. People are encouraged to enrol on courses that interest or may benefit them in the next steps to recovery.
Sometimes courses can become full very quickly and people will be offered alternative dates.
The college is not able to offer courses for anyone under the age of 18.
People are able to contact the college directly if they would like to look around prior to enrolling on a course.
