Barnsley Hospice have been successful in an innovation grant from the Cancer Alliance and have been developing on line support videos (guided visualisation, Body scan, Qi Gong and Tai Chi) for anybody living with and beyond cancer and they are available on their website for anybody to access.
Even useful for people without cancer for relaxation and stress relief .
