ReSPECT Quality Improvement sessions and forms

Attached is the NEW ReSPECT QI sessions for 2025, available now for anyone working in South Yorkshire (& including Bassetlaw Hospital as part of DBTHFT) who is:
- A Consultant
- A GP
- A Doctor/Junior Doctor/Doctor in Training
- An Advanced Practitioner or Specialist Nurse
- Some may also find these useful if they are delivering care within these specialities.
These sessions will be focussed on a variety of topics to support staff in having the conversations and completing ReSPECT plans. They will again be hosted using Project ECHO.
The aims of the sessions are:
- To increase confidence in having those conversations
- To support in improving the quality of ReSPECT plans
- To increase skills in completing the document, and
- Sharing knowledge and best practice in completing the plans
Please find enclosed with this email the ReSPECT QI sessions flyer A3 (downloadable and printable). We would appreciate if you could again support us in disseminating the attached A3 flyer via your internal communication channels (for example emails, staff newsletters, staff briefings).
We would like to encourage as many clinicians as possible to book on to these sessions and therefore will keep in touch with you to send out summary reminders via the relevant communication channels.
