Clinical Threshold Pathways - Dr Nick Balac & Dr Sabiha Atcha
Speaker: Dr Nick BalacThe Clinical Threshold name has now been changed to "SYB Commissioning for Outcome"
The criteria for referral to secondary care are almost exactly the same as Clinical threshold.
The forms have the same content , however they are now in a different format .
It was decide that all the areas in South Yorkshire would utilise the same form to give consistency in hospital referral letters in the region.
The clinical reasons that are covered in these slides are still relevant to the new "SYB Commissioning for outcome" forms.
