If you live in Barnsley, sometimes struggle with your mental health or have learning difficulties and want some support we can help you.
We're here to help
We have a range of support available depending on your needs. Our friendly service is free and confidential. Please give us a call to find out how we can help.
We can provide you with:
- mental health and wellbeing support
- counselling
- the opportunity to share and support others in our group work programme
- support from people that have been in a similar situation to you
