To be successful in your medical career, you need more than good clinical skills. Often the most challenging aspects of healthcare workplaces are not clinical, and doctors are expected to demonstrate professionalism and sound workplace know-how from before they even qualify. This module explores what we mean by “employability”, what is expected of you as a doctor, and how you can maintain this competence.
